We are building a Full-Stack Solution to manage: • Proposition, Target Market and Commercial KPIs • User Journeys, Experiences and Capabilities for web and mobile • Execute and optimise campaigns, lead conversion, value segmentation and communications • Campaign creative delivery, content creation and optimisation • Solutions for front and backend – Digital Technology Ecosystem, Websites, Mobile, CRM • Data science, insight, analytics and reporting Role Summary You will be responsible for managing the company portfolio of initiatives across multiple lines of business, working collaboratively with the Regional leaders, Business Operations, Technical Operations, Marketing, Product Owners, Technical Product Managers, Compliance, Finance & Legal Teams to deliver projects to defined specifications and within agreed timelines. This role requires strategic thinking and planning throughout the entire project life cycle with a strong sense of budgetary ownership making sure that all Stakeholders are aligned from the start till finish. You will provide regular updates on progress across all workstreams, team velocity, change control, manage risks, manage external and internal participant relationships. You will identify business owners and key stakeholders, align them with a common vision and protect the project from interference. You will work on the principle of bringing the minimum viable product to life, passing on Stakeholder feedback into the next development Sprint for early incorporation into the software & test cycles. The Commercial PM will also take responsibility for ensuring all deliverables meet commercial and regulatory obligations paying special attention to deliverables that are mapped to MVP milestones. It is important that you promote collaborative working, especially with the geographically dispersed participants that make up the portfolio. It is equally important that you identify risks and blockers early on and bring it to the attention of those responsible for decision-making so that the project can continue with minimum disruptions. Responsibilities: • Managing all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives • Developing and managing all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issue • Responsible for managing the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairing project management team meetings • Responsible for managing risks and being active in continuous impediment resolution • Responsible for conducting Steering Committee meetings with internal stakeholders, and third-party suppliers (where necessary) • Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership • Responsible for time management (estimation and sizing will be contributed by various participants but need to be tracked centrally) • Create and distribute Go-live / milestone announcements, manage escalations and regular progress updates • Responsible for overseeing Project closure activities and formal • On key decisions, get input and buy-in of all stakeholders (including but not limited to Regional teams, Marketing, Business, Development teams) and ensure approval by the leadership team • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Persuade with facts, logic, enthusiasm and a proven track record • Represent the Business internally and across suppliers and support teams. Be the product evangelist. Constantly champion the product and explain the vision and benefits of the product. • Develop, maintain and communicate a deep knowledge of the market, competition, technology, customer base and capabilities in order to chart a successful product course. Experience, Skills and Attributes Required: • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall • Project Management experience across multiple projects, across distributed teams, across multiple locations • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problemsolving capabilities • Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects and JIRA • Have strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external, in an Agile delivery environment • Excellent communicator, influencing skills and negotiation skills to get management buy-in on ideas and concepts • Good knowledge of mobile and web platform design (for retail traders) including UX/UI best practice and testing methodologies • Proven experience of scoping product change requests – a clear statement of the rationale for the change, the learning to be derived from making the change and a definition of the performance metrics that will be used to measure the effectiveness of the change • Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, risk identification and risked based planning • Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive. • Excellent understanding of MS Office Suite, including MPP • Numerate and analytical, with excellent attention to detail • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
