Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Teaching in core subjects including; Mathematics, English (first language) and Science
Sports coaching in sporting codes offered at St Charles College including; Rugby, Cricket, Hockey and Swimming.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to develop positive relationships with members of the school community which includes parents, learners and colleagues.
A friendly, dynamic, creative and selfdriven personality.
The ability to take a leadership role and to show initiative in work-related situations.
A professional demeanour and appearance at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:
A suitable professional qualification and appropriate educational experience together with a sound awareness of international trends in education.
Knowledge of the needs of boys and their particular requirements for learning.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and sound administrative ability.
Proof of registration with SACE.
An ability to work within the values, Christian ethos and mission of the College and a willingness to participate in the broader life of the school.
