Minimum qualifications, skills & experience:
Honours degree in education would be advantageous
Five (5) years’ experience in in a school management environment
Experienced member of management with a successful leadership portfolio
A flair and passion for innovation and creative thinking in the educational space
High level of interpersonal skills that build positive relationships at every level of the school
Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
A role model of professionalism with high performance standards
High level of personal motivation, initiative and energy
Support of the Christian values and ethos of the school through personal testimonies
