Full-time Educational Psychologist

The successful candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years work in an education setting as an educational psychologist
Be registered with the HPCSA
Have the necessary technical expertise including psycho-educational assessments, play therapy, individual and group therapy with young children and adolescents, parent guidance, case management, facilitating skills development groups and workshops, staff wellness and developmental workshops, have the ability to work with IEB accommodations and capacity to support academic learning
Be able to work effectively as part of a team dedicated to the school’s psychological, social and emotional needs as well as administrative requirements both within the school and the boarding environment
Appreciate working in a values-driven, Christian environment
Be required to uphold the ethos and traditions of the school
Be willing to apply for clearance with the Child Protection Act and Sexual Offences Register
