Job Description

Penryn College is seeking to employ a student who would like to advance their work experience in the Human Resources Field while studying. Reporting to the HR Manager, the Intern will obtain experiential learning through a structured programme applicable to the HR field.

Qualifications and competencies required
Currently in final year of obtaining a relevant tertiary HR qualification
Have strong values that are underpinned by a Christian ethos
South African citizenship
Excellent academic record
Computer literacy – Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
Good written and speaking communication skills
Strongly self-motivated and disciplined with effective time management
Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities
Attention to detail
