Key responsibilities include:
Designing, monitoring, evaluating and ensuring the delivery of pastoral care policies, processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards are achieved throughout the College.
Providing guidance, training and staff development to colleagues on all pastoral matters.
Leading and supporting the Grade Tutor team.
Acting as the chairperson of the Tutor Support committee made up of staff members who offer pastoral, academic, behaviour, counselling and career support.
Liaising with the College Chaplain on matters of common concern.
Collaborating and assisting the College Counsellor in the smooth running and effective delivery of the following services: Counselling, Psychometric Testing and Career Guidance.
Collaborating and assisting the Head of Academic Support in the smooth running and effective delivery of the following services: Academic Support, Academic Development and Study Skills.
SACE registration with an appropriate university degree and professional qualification.
