Bishop Bavin School, opened in January 1991, is a co-educational, Anglican day and boarding school in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. We are situated on magnificent grounds with excellent facilities. The following are the minimum requirements for consideration for the post:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and appropriate professional qualification.
A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Visual Arts at Grade 12 level.
A minimum of 3 years teaching experience at Grade 8 to Grade 11 level.
Proof of registration with SACE.
An established track record and respected in the education field and a strong team player.
It would be advantageous if the candidate has:
Experience in the independent school sector and knowledge of the IEB practical and theory assessment criteria.
Experience in the use and integration of technology in the classroom.
Sound financial and administrative skills.
Is a South African citizen.
Has an appreciation for the traditions and Anglican ethos of the school.
