Job Description


Key Responsibilities

Oversight of all litigation matters from recovery and third-party liability perspective.
Provide risk monitoring services to the business and monitoring of outsourced appointed entities.
Provide administrative support to the legal department.
Conducting of commercial contract drafts and reviews.
Drafting and coordinating of appropriate response to complaints including OSTI, FAIS and formal complaints.
Interpreting complaint information in line with processes and product performance to identify areas for improvement.
Qualification and Experience

LLB or similar qualification.
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Knowledge of commercial contracts and Insurance.
Knowledge of contractual drafting skills.
Knowledge of the financial service industry or insurance law.
2 years’ experience in insurance or similar environment.

Ability to review data and identify trends.
