Job Description

Woodridge invites applications from a suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the vacancy of: Catering Manager

Minimum requirements:
Qualified chef.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work with children.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ordering of stock items / stock taking.
Able to manage a team of staff. – Be a team player
Ensuring staff are preparing food according to standard and ensuring presentation is according to standard.
Ensuring food is prepared and stored according to the correct health and safety standards.
Strong food safety and hygiene work ethic.
Positive can do approach to work.
Menu Planning.
Working within a budget.
Knowledge of pastel.
Must be able to work shifts and functions, outside working hours.
