Woodlands International College is currently recruiting for a Visual Arts Teacher in the Senior College (Gr 7- 12). The ideal candidate will have a proven and successful track record in teaching Visual Arts to Grade 12 students within the Independent Schooling, IEB, environment.
Uphold the ethos of mutual respect, professionalism and academic excellence in the Senior College.
Start teaching Grade 12 Visual Arts at the soonest possible availability.
Assist with planning for all FET Grades in a “lead teacher” capacity.
Contribute to, and participate in the co-curricular programme of the school.
Remain connected and informed of all industry matters, particularly pertaining to ISASA and the IEB.
Be willing to do IEB matric marking.
Build and manage symbiotic relationships with parents and other strategic partnerships of the school, including the staff and leadership bodies of the Pre-Primary and Junior Colleges.
Drive all matters related to curriculum, assessment and classroom dynamics with 21st Century learning paradigms in mind.
