Grade 4 Teacher with a special interest in Primary Mathematics education
The requirements for this position are:
Commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school;
Relevant teaching qualification from a recognised institution
Substantial experience and all round knowledge and passion for the Intermediate Phase;
Computer literacy and a willingness to engage with 21st Century teaching approaches;
Commitment to working as part of a team and an ability to take initiative and to act decisively;
Ability to inspire and encourage pupils to seek and maintain high standards of performance;
Experienced in developing learning and teaching material and assessment practices according needs of the pupils;
Willingness to participate in the broader school life as well as an understanding of the value of extra-mural participation for both staff and pupils;
Commitment to on-going personal and professional development;
SACE registration and proof of a sexual offender’s clearance certificate;
