The Board of Governors invites applications for the following position:
Class Music Teacher/Choir-Master/Mistress (Grade 1 to 7)
Commencement date: negotiable (preferably June 2019).
The following are the minimum requirements for consideration for the post:
A relevant four year teaching qualification
Be able to play the piano and lead singing in chapel and assemblies
Class music teaching experience
Experience working with young choirs
It would be advantageous if the candidate:
Has experience in teaching marimbas and other instruments
Experience in school productions
Is prepared to work as the member of a team in a very busy Junior- and Senior-Preparatory School
Is a South African citizen
Has an appreciation for the traditions and Anglican ethos of the school
