An Independent, Christian-based, Co-Educational, Day School is seeking to fill the following position:
LEARNING RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR (Grades 8-12)
Starting date: 1st October 2019.
A rare opportunity presents itself to potential candidates who would like to apply for the position of Learning Resources Administrator in our high school.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
maintain effective relations with academic staff, students and parents as a result of his/her excellent interpersonal skills;
recommend and administer effectively the budget for this department;
exercise astute buying and dealing with suppliers;
meet with academic staff to determine resource requirements for the next academic year;
monitor and track stock the physical preparation of new stock for use and maintenance of existing stock for reissue
remain informed of new developments relating to his/her function and to maintain a creative and experimental attitude towards change to complement the school’s vision of providing An Inspired Education;
administer technological resources for academic staff and students;
evidence of a proven track record of excellent administration skills.
An Administration qualification would be advantageous.
