Lynford is a co-educational independent primary school, with a strong Christian ethos, situated in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands of South Africa. We offer a wholesome education for children from Grade RR to Seven with a conscious slant towards educating in our incredible country environment.

An opportunity exists for a suitable applicant to assume the role of SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
The successful applicant will:
be responsible for implementing the school’s strategic plan
report to the Lynford Board of Governors and have a strong working relationship with the Board Chair
guide the management team and staff in maintaining and developing the balanced, relevant and wholesome education offered at Lynford
exhibit strong financial management
exhibit strong leadership style which fosters teamwork and collaboration
communicate effectively with various stakeholders
be child centred
contribute to and develop our adventure programme
contribute to and foster our strong Christian ethos
Relevant tertiary education qualifications
A member of SACE
Ten years of teaching experience, of which three years must be in school management (experience at an ISASA school will be advantageous)
