Job Description

A rare opportunity exists for a Receptionist to join the staff of this Anglican School, set on a rambling estate in Sandton, from September – December 2019. St Peter’s Girls Prep School is fortunate to offer facilities equaled by few schools. It is known for its innovative approach and the warmth of its community.

Responsibilities include:

Field all telephone and email enquiries for the Girls Music Department, taking relevant action where necessary.
Undertake a range of secretarial and administrative duties, facilitating efficient functioning of the Music Department.
Organise and co-ordinate events, when necessary, including Music pupils’ lessons.
Book venues for various functions, when necessary.
Take responsibility for ‘order of service’ Powerpoint slides for Chapel Services.
