Requirements:

  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • Relevant Degree/Diploma
  • 3 years’ experience in a Sous Chef Position
  • Experience in running Functions of up to 250 people
  • Ability to create, cost and maintain recipes
  • Knowledge of all Food And kitchen procedures
  • Strong Personality
  • Strong Leadership
  • Well Spoken and Well Presented
  • Ability to work under pressure
