Duties & Responsibilities
Extensive travel across the Eastern Cape Province
Build and foster excellent client relationships with all corporate stakeholders
Ensure quality standards on all enquiries are met
Products, rules knowledge, membership individual and corporate knowledge to ensure effective and efficient services
Answering all types of enquiries received via email, telephone or walk-in according to service level agreements
Onsite visits as per client needs
Regular communication distribution and updates to all key corporate clients
Desired Experience & Qualification
Own Car & Drivers License an Inherent Requirement
3 + years in a similar position (Key Accounts, Broker Consultant, Relationship Management)
Must be able to speak Afrikaans
