Travelling to various key accounts
Build and develop a network with potential and existing customers & key accounts and increase revenue through the identifying of opportunities for growing current client business to achieve sales targets and results
Prepare plan and forecast for each targeted Key Account Client and increase market share
Provide visible support in resolving client concerns and challenges , facilitating airfreight forwarding solutions to meet the Key Account Client’s on going and changing needs
Ensure high level service delivery through the management of the forwarding life cycle from commencement to completion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Ensuring consistent and competitive pricing agreements, cognizant of the calculation of cost structures and so on
Administering and maintain the airfreight import / export schedules
Remain up to date with buying and selling trends
Resolve queries promptly regarding Import / Export Accounts and ensuring quality service to the client
Leading & managing the clearing agents
Proactively ensure that all activities in the area of responsibility are compliant with current legal & company specific regulations including ISO etc.
